Quite possibly one of the easiest recipes on our food blog. Cooking tandoori salmon is a delightful fusion of flavors that combines the richness of salmon with the aromatic spices of traditional Indian cuisine. The dish begins with marinating the salmon fillets in a mixture of yogurt, lemon juice, and a tandoori spice blend. Online recipes include cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala, but we have taken care of that by providing one blend. The yogurt not only tenderizes the fish but also helps the spices adhere to the surface, infusing the salmon with deep, smoky flavors. Delicious!
INGREDIENTS - 2 servings

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pat the fish try, make a couple of slits with a knife and put aside.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients thoroughly and rub it nicely on the fish. Let it sit in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Heat your pan or grill. You are also welcome to try using an air fryer.
- On the pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Place the fish skin side down as it keeps the fish moist and is easier to flip. Flip after 3/5 minutes (or when it is not sticking ). Cook on the other side for another 3/5 minutes.
